Requirements
Rules and guidelines for this division
- Ensembles of 2 to 5 performers on any combination of instruments
- Instrumental Sonatas are allowed but the pianist must be a registered student. Piano is not an accompanist but an equal part.
- Memorization is NOT required
- A score must be provided for the judges
- Repertoire must be chosen from the standard literature and should demonstrate excellent musicianship and proper technique
- All members of the group can use an original copy or sheet music from the public domain
- Section is determined by the age of the OLDEST MEMBER as of April 30
